2. What is Zoprio
Zoprio is an online booking management SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for service-based businesses such as hair salons, barbershops, beauty centres, physiotherapists, and similar.
Each registered business receives:
- A personalised subdomain (yourbusiness.zoprio.com)
- A customisable public booking page
- A complete management dashboard
- Tools for managing clients, employees, services, and reviews
- An internal AI assistant
- Automated email notifications
Zoprio is not a marketplace. Your business does not appear alongside competitors. Your client data always belongs to you and can be exported at any time.
End-clients of the business can make bookings without creating a Zoprio account.
3. Registration and Account
To use Zoprio, a business must register by providing accurate and up-to-date information. The registered user is responsible for:
- Keeping their login credentials confidential
- Notifying Zoprio immediately of any unauthorised access to their account
- Ensuring all provided information is accurate and kept up to date
Zoprio reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.
Additional Users (Staff)
The account owner may invite additional users (staff members) to access the management dashboard with limited permissions. The owner is responsible for all actions performed by users they have invited.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
New registrations have access to a 7-day free trial with no payment details required. All platform features are available during this period.
After 7 days, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. If no subscription is taken out, access to the account will be automatically restricted.
5. Pricing and Billing
The base subscription price is €19/month, including one employee. Each additional employee adds €6.95/month to the base price. From 7 employees in total, a 10% discount is automatically applied to the total amount.
The annual plan is equivalent to 11 months of subscription (one month free) compared to the monthly plan.
Example prices (excluding VAT):
| Employees | Monthly price | Annual price |
|---|---|---|
| 1 employee | €19/month | €209/year |
| 2 employees | €25.95/month | €285.45/year |
| 3 employees | €32.90/month | €361.90/year |
| 5 employees | €46.80/month | €514.80/year |
| 7 or more employees | 10% discount applied automatically | |
All prices exclude VAT (21%).
Billing is recurring (monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan) and processed securely through Stripe.
Zoprio charges no commission per booking. The subscription fee is the only cost associated with using the platform.
Failed Payments
In the event of a failed payment, Zoprio will attempt to charge the payment method up to 3 times over 3 consecutive days. If all attempts fail, the account will be automatically suspended until payment is settled.
6. Cancellation and Suspension
Cancellation by the user
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the settings panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused periods.
Account deletion
The account owner may request full deletion of their account from the Settings panel. This action is irreversible and will permanently delete all associated data (bookings, clients, employees, services, AI conversations, etc.).
